Programs & Next Steps

Below you’ll find several ways to stay connected and continue growing with Faith, Work & Tech—from small group experiences and events to ongoing programs and resources. Explore what’s available and take the next step that fits where God is leading you.

One of our key strategies is to create innovative programs to cultivate faith and work integration in Christ-followers all over the Bay Area. We offer a range of programs to meet the diverse needs of working professionals in the Bay Area. These programs will be offered by local churches, in workplaces, or in third party spaces. They will be led by pastors and partners, as well as directly through Faith, Work & Tech. No matter the details of the program, the goal will always be the same: to raise up integrated disciples of Christ.

Our formation programs are designed to help you live out discipleship in everyday life and work. The Missional Vocation Pathway, 4AI Cohort, and Ambassador Program each offer a unique way to explore what it means to follow Jesus with purpose in your vocation, community, and leadership. Through guided learning, mentoring, and shared practice, these experiences equip you to grow as a disciple who reflects God’s redemptive work in every sphere of influence.

Formation Programs

Our flagship program is a nine-month holistic deep dive discipleship journey combining biblical and theological instruction, spiritual practices, cohort based formation, and practical application. In addition to extensive faith and work topics, it addresses the Bay Area’s specific posture toward Christianity, the pervasive role of technology in every company around here, and the diverse socio-economic dynamics of a place where 100 different languages are spoken at home.

MVP is designed from the Bay Area, targeted for the Bay Area and led in the Bay Area.

The Missional Vocation Pathway is run in local churches and led by pastors in partnership with marketplace leaders from their congregation. It covers the theology of work, spiritual formation, discerning of calling, practices for the workplace, theology of technology, and more.

In January 2026, we’re offering an eight-week MVP Leaders Cohort to train lay leaders interested in running an MVP at their churches.  The cohort will cover an abbreviated version of the MVP material, specifically designed to equip them to lead the complete program beginning in the fall of 2026.

Protecting Our Humanity: The 4AI Cohort

As Artificial Intelligence advances, it raises deeper questions about what it means to be human.

Led by Paul Taylor, the 4AI Cohort is a six-week formation experience exploring a biblical framework for humanity and how to engage with technology in ways that enrich rather than diminish life. Meeting weekly for 90 minutes in Palo Alto, participants will reflect, discuss, and reimagine how to live as God’s image-bearers in a digital world.

The next cohort begins Spring 2026 — apply below to be part of it.

Labs & Colabs

Our Labs and Co-Labs create spaces where discipleship meets real-world collaboration. Through experiences like the Redemptive Entrepreneurship Labs, Professional Women’s Network, and The Common Table gatherings, you’ll connect with others pursuing faithful impact in their work and communities. Each space blends reflection, conversation, and shared practice—helping you grow in wisdom, strengthen relationships, and live out the gospel together in the places you lead and serve.

Redemptive Entrepreneurship Labs

In partnership with Praxis Labs, Faith, Work & Tech offers immersive 2–3-day retreats for founders and mentors committed to seeing their ventures serve God’s purposes. These Labs invite you to explore the redemptive possibilities in your work—how your business, leadership, or innovation can reflect God’s restoration and renewal in the world. Through focused reflection, peer mentoring, and practical tools, you’ll gain clarity on how your work fits into God’s larger story while building community with others on the same journey.

Professional Women’s Network (PWN)

Continuing into 2026, the Professional Women’s Network will bring together women across industries to connect, encourage, and grow in integrating faith and influence at work. Through PWN Luncheons and ongoing opportunities for collaboration, women will share stories, build meaningful relationships, and find spiritual encouragement. Together, we’ll cultivate a community where women are strengthened in calling, supported in leadership, and reminded that their faith is meant to thrive in every space they lead.

The Common Table Gatherings

From community dinners to workplace meetups and collaborations with local partners, our events are where connection becomes community and faith takes shape in everyday life. Each gathering is designed to help people integrate what God is doing in their work, relationships, and city through conversation, shared meals, and reflection. Together, we create spaces that remind us faith isn’t confined to Sunday—it’s lived out in boardrooms, classrooms, coffee shops, and homes, where friendship and calling grow side by side.
